Here is the Volunteer Manual. You will receive a copy when you go to Volunteer Training.
In order to volunteer at Mountin’ Hopes your need to fill out some forms:
- You need to print the following 3 forms. In order to print, click on the name of the form. A new window will appear and the form will be displayed. Print the form to your printer. After it is done printing close out that window by clicking the X in the upper corner of the screen. The Mountin’ Hope volunteer screen should appear again. Do the same thing for the other forms.
2. Fill in the information on all the forms. ( They MUST be signed by a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.)
3. You have 3 ways to get the forms to Mountin’ Hopes:
- Mail them to Laura Nelson 292 Sun Meadow Lane Pisgah Forest, NC 28768
- Email them to execdir@mountinhopes.org. In order to do this you need to be able to scan the documents after you fill them out.
- If you have already talked with somebody at Mountin’ Hopes you can bring the completed forms to your training/orientation.
4. You will not need to fill out these forms every year, only if something changes. Please keep copies for yourself.
Individuals desiring to help with riding classes must attend our Volunteer Orientation sessions before becoming a volunteer in class. All volunteers are encouraged to attend, as there is a good deal to learn about Mountin’ Hopes.
